FAQs
Where are you located?
We are located on Glover Avenue in Enterprise between the post office and 1/8th of a mile from the Boll Weevel - Rucker Boulevard intersection. When should I arrive for my appointment time:
Generally, it is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you are a new patient and have not registered with our clinic. Bringing your pre-filled registration form from this site will expedite your registration. We will do our best to adhere to a tight schedule and keep your appointment at your designated time.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a list of your allergies and
current medications. If you have difficulty
reading bottles or are not exactly sure
what you are taking, bring your medication
with you.
What if I cannot make my appointment time?
Please call our front desk 334.347.0991 and let them know that you are going to be late or that you would like to reschedule your appointment. We would appreciate this greatly.
Are you able to do minor surgery on the same day as the appointment?
Yes, we are. We try to make it as convenient for the patient as possible. If you think that you may require minor surgery, it is best to have a family member or friend assist you when leaving the clinic after the procedure.
What pharmacies do you use?
Our clinic has a long standing relationship
with all the surrounding pharmacies including
Fort Rucker, Martin Colley, Walgreens,
Pharma-Care, Martin Coley, Bryan Pharmacy, Walgreens and Walmart.
Should I bring X-RAYS or other
documents to the appointment?
It is very helpful to see the studies that
you have had in order to review during
or before your appointment. This is especially
true for breast lump evaluations and exams
requiring CAT scans. If you have your reports
or X-RAYS , please bring
them. We will send them home with you after we have reviewed and copied them.
How long is the waiting period
for an appointment?
Most patients are able to be evaluated within 2-5 days of their appointment request. We see all urgent
and emergency cases that day and will accept
walk-ins on a case-by-case basis.
